Larry Shockey of Mountain View, Missouri has been a professional hunting guide for 20 years. Larry has guided numerous outdoor writers and video crews to successful hunts.
His accomplishments on the contest circuit include Tennessee State Gobbling Champion and teaming with Don Shipp to win the World 2 Man Team Calling Championship 8 times.
Shockey's skill as a caller and his knowledge of all types of turkey calls is truly impressive. Larry's hunting seminars are very informative as his knowledge of turkeys and turkey hunting is truly incredible.
Larry is also the designer of one of the best selling diaphragm calls from Hooks Custom Calls and The Shockwave.
Larry has participated in turkey calling contests for 22 yrs, and he holds several calling titles including:

- 1st RUNNER-UP GRAND NATIONAL TWO MAN TEAM 1999

- 8x WORLD CALLING CHAMPIONSHIPS TWO MAN TEAM 1995, 1997 through 2003, 7 of which was in a row.
